Matthew Izaddoust is completely dishonest. He tricked me into this loan by buying points without telling me nor explaining it to me. His rate was bad, I had better rate when I was shopping for lenders. He said he could match other banks' rate, but he never told me that he bought $10000+ points while the other bank offered no-point-no-fee. Matthew Izaddoust is also incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional, and is very unresponsive, the communication was very uneven. He NEVER replied to any email after we began the loan, not to me nor my realtor. The process was very unclear and confusing, both my realtor and I had to keep sending him and his assistant emails to ask about the status. The replies (all from his assistants) are mostly confusing and unclear. My realtor said he is the most unresponsive and unprofessional lending advisor he has ever seen, and he will tell all his future clients to stay away from Matthew Izaddoust, and from Chase (and I am sure I will tell all my friends the same thing). Overall this is one of the most frustrating experience I have ever had with Chase.

Recently closed my loan with Matt, the overall experience was smooth. There were some back and forth during the final approval, but Matt and his team was able to solve problems quickly and close the loan just on time. One thing to note for my experience with Matt is that he is literally always available over the phone. During the final approval period I at least call him and his team twice a day.

Mathew was responsive through the process. I easily got my pre approval letter and he updated it multiple times and quickly. For the loan, he matched the interest rate to the best rate I got from other lenders.
