Excellent experience all the way through. Matthew stayed in touch constantly and kept us up to date. Rates competitive with our previous established mortgage company (big bank). This was a pretty challenging buy-sell situation due to the timing, but we were able to close on both the same day with no issues! I am a Realtor who works with both Buyers and Sellers and I can tell you from years of experience, having an excellent and professional lender is essential no matter what side of the sale you are on. For Buyers, your lender is an extremely important part of the Home Buying process.
