Mattamy Homes - Wells Creek Holsinger Blvd, Jacksonville

I found a home after working with a sales representative with Mattamy Homes. I was told the price of the home and all incentives that would be included with the new build. Upon written paperwork, everything they offered was not included in the home. They exaggerated incentives, brought up the interest rate, and completely lied about the price of the home despite being posted on Zillow and all other real-estate sites. The professionalism I received through the entire process was horrible. I called the loan consultant around 5:30pm for him to tell me I was interrupting his dinner with his kids. After answering a few of my questions vaguely, I told him to enjoy his night and his dinner with his kids he had the audacity to tell me "Ha, dinner is over now. They're all ready for baths". I can't believe the amount of unprofessionalism I dealt with, it ultimately provided me a reason to walk away. I found another home a few blocks down with Dream Finders, which has been a more than helpful and professional company. I highly suggest people to beware of this cash hungry, unprofessional business.

We closed on our house August of 2019 with the promise that the pool would be ready this summer 2020. Fast forward to now and they tell us it won’t be ready for another TWO years!!! Stay clear! DO NOT BUY HERE

Great floor plans, fair price. Really close to everything

Beautiful community, beautiful homes inside and out. The representative was very friendly and professional, took her time showing us the model homes and worked with us to present our offer and get it accepted- all within a day. It was a great experience, specially after having dealt with Lennar which was a complete polar opposite. I’m giving them a 4 star because I don’t know if it’s a Florida thing, but it seems that every builder out there makes you go through their financing company and that gets really annoying because if you go in having done your homework, it’s almost like they punish you for it. House prices are fixed and you only get incentives if you use their financing company. Mattamy was reasonable and met us halfway, but I still feel incentives should be offered no matter the financing company used, especially if you already are pre approved and are sticking to a financing company that you’ve dealt with and knows your history.

They are great at explaining the process and staying true to their word without giving you a huge overhead to make the payments unmanageable.

Went to see Townhouses, very disappointed with cheap vinyl siding, small garage, ... definitely overpriced ...

Such a beautiful neighborhood and soooo relaxing!
