Mattamy Homes - Fairview Park Manchaca Loop, Apex

I wanted to share my experience working with Donna Bennett with Mattamy Homes in the Fairview Park neighborhood. I sold my first home in there in 2020l Donna came on at the end of that sale and she was such a pleasure to work with, constantly looking out for my buyers at every turn after the close of their home when they had some concerns. I took my second buyers there and we were fortunate enough to have Donna throughout the entire process, again I found her to be very responsive, caring for the buyers of the home and always making sure the details were covered. My experience with Donna and Mattamy continued as I sold 2 more homes in that neighborhood. I continue to have Fairview Park on my Collab center so if there is a home that comes on the market that I feel would fit my buyers needs I will know as soon as it hits the MLS. In this trying market I appreciate the way she tries hard to make it an even playing field for all. Mattamy Homes is very lucky to have Donna as their representative.

We recently had a home built by Mattamy Homes in Fairview Park and are extremely happy with our home. Before beginning the home building process, all we heard were horror stories about delays, poor communication, and corner cutting during construction. We experienced NONE of these issues with Mattamy. We worked with Donna who was truly amazing. She has excellent communication and anytime there was a question or minor issue, Donna solved it immediately. Thomas, our contractor, was exceptional. He did a great job communicating with us regularly and keeping the building process on schedule. He had great customer service and took care of every questions/minor issue we had very quickly. Our house is beautiful, the neighborhood is awesome, and the Mattamy Team in Fairview Park is first class.

Subpar experience from a potential buyer. Mattamy Homes' on-site representation, Donna Bennett, is either disorganized or consciously bias in dealing with certain demographics. For reasons unknown to our family, we were given piecemeal home listing information even though our documentation was in place to receive information on all home releases. For a given week, two homes were listed and we were only given information on one...missing out on the buying opportunity of the model we really wanted. When we asked why and what the listing price of the home we missed out on to see if we need to adjust our budget on our approval letter, we were told that emails were sent (magically not to us) and the listing price was "way" above normal. Mattamy Homes' representative, Donna Bennett, wouldn't provide the actual listing price and then began to tell us, "not to get our hopes up buying in this community"...wow. Emails not getting sent out is one thing, but blatant refusal to provide information when directly asked is taking it to another level. The extra comment about feasibility to live in this community is not even worth discussing. Now to buy in this neighborhood, we must wait for the next model release which could be in a few months and potentially at a higher price. That is not even factoring in the potential interest rate increases planned for the upcoming year. So in summary, because Mattamy Homes' on-site representative, Donna Bennett, decided to pass judgement (for whatever reason) and play gatekeeper, our family will potentially lose out on $50,000 to $100,000 for the 30 year life of a mortgage loan due to higher interests rates and increased home cost. Completely unacceptable.

We recently bought a home built by Mattamy Homes in Fairview Park and are very happy with our new home. Donna is an amazing person! She helped us during the buying process simplified it with her knowledge and patience. Donna & the team are always available to answer any question or concern. We can't thank her enough.

This community is only made better by the professional and extremely high quality of service by Donna . She knows this community inside out, is honest and a great communicator. Helping buyers in this competitve market is very tough, but when you partner with Donna you know your buyers will be taken care of! Thanks for being awesome Donna.

We did masonry work/ we did some foundations there, we’re Benjamin Masonry LLC . The homes there are lovely and it seems pretty quiet. I loved the fact that everybody was outside walking, jogging, walking their pets, talking to the neighbors, it just seemed really nice. It was a very pretty neighborhood/area. I would definitely consider purchasing a home from there.

Going to add lots of traffic to West Lake but houses look very nice inside and outside...room to move without being excessive and room for guests during parties.
