We were buying a house in a very competitive market and together with our realtor and Matt's team, they allowed us stand out amongst other buyers. His team put in all the legwork even before we found a house and made an offer, which made for a smooth and fast loan process. We made an offer on a Tuesday evening and were in underwriting by Friday morning. They were professional, responsive, detailed, and very on top of things. Throughout both processes Matt and his team have proven to be patent (my questions have questions) and knowledgeable. Matt is not just a mortgage guy, he's our mortgage guy, and now he's a friend. I recommend Matt and his team and I'm the pickiest person (so says friends and family). If you want someone who cares from day one and beyond the transaction, Matt is not to be overlooked. My Refi went from "Hey, do you think you could save me a few hundred a month?" to "Closed" before I even knew I was in the process. Matt was professional but personable, and super honest about what could be accomplished with our Refi. His staff were lightning fast at replies and kept us up to date with each step. Having everything available to review online instead of dragging 3 kids to a boring office was a huge plus. My only regret is that I didn't reach out sooner!
