I could not have been happier with the performance of Matt & his team!! I truly believe the reputation he and his team have were the deciding factor in finally concluding my four month search for a home. I went over three months with submitting offers on many homes using a different lender (certified & fully underwritten VA loan) from outside of the area. It seemed like as soon as I switched to Fairway, my first offer was accepted. He and his team provided my wife and I phenomenal communication throughout the entire process and never hesitated to answer any questions we had along the way.
