Matt Basile State Farm Auto Insurance is by far THE BEST insurance company I’ve ever had. Such a friendly and helpful staff, always efficient and ready to answer any questions or request that you have. Always searching for the best options for YOU, as the customer. I really feel valued and appreciated. Throughout the pandemic, Matt Basile’s office was very understanding and helpful with payments, and was always ready and willing to find the best option that helped me to keep my vehicles insured.

The Claims office associate was capable and friendly. She clearly explained my coverage and the amount to which I might be entitled. Even though, I expected a higher figure, she gave me a thorough explanation in a calm and courteous way.

This office has the most accommodating staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and prompt. Many ways to get your questions answered. There are closer agents too me but I wouldn’t change my agent or staff ever! Highly recommend!

I have been with State farm for over 30 years. Everyone has been so pleasant and helpful until the day I spoke to Mark. Mark does NOT belong with that company. He was extremely rude. It shocked me as I didn't see it coming. He hung up on me, could not answer any of my questions and rushed me off the phone. State Farm does not strike me as a business that would tolerate this type of behavior but I guess times are hard now and they just employ anybody 😏

Alli and Krista were amazing and really helped me get the best deal on auto and life insurance. They were extremely kind and would recommend this office over any other office for State Farm!

Was very informative , efficient, gave me quotes, didn’t try to talk me into anything I didn’t want not pushy. I think they have good prices if you want to save on your auto insurance I did by half of what I was paying somewhere else same exact coverage just better priced. My agent Samantha was very full of knowledge and friendly not pushy so that’s a plus for me. Also if I have any other questions she said she will be availed any time just give a call.

Jen at State Farm gave me a great quote on Home and Auto. I was really surprised at how low the rates were! Jen took the time to work with me on a policy that gave us what we needed at the right price. Now we are working on a quote for life insurance. Definitely recommend this office.

I wanted to thank Jennifer Waski for all her help when our son got his license and then his first car, then second car. She was able to answer all the crazy questions a worried mother could think of asking. Now we are on round 2 with our daughter. But we are not finished with the questions for her. We are buying a house and the process is crazy for me. Jennifer has been amazing, making sure I have everything right for our insurance, with the purchase of our new home. Thank you Jennifer for listening to all my questions and laughing with me.

I’ve been with the agency for several years without incident. Unfortunately, one of my vehicles was recently totaled. State Farm was extremely helpful and proactive during the claim process, and I barely had to lift a finger. My claim was settled quickly and I am happy with the amount they provided for my lost vehicle. They came through when it counts!

I dealt with Samantha in the office and she was wonderful. I was switching agencies for my auto, rental & umbrella insurance. She was thorough (asked me lots of questions to confirm I was getting the correct coverage for my needs), personable, professional, and patient with my 10k questions. I contacted a few different agencies to find that least expensive but quality insurance coverage, and State Farm beat them all. The agency I left, never even tried to keep me on; I guess their aren't important to them. I'm glad I shopped around; I highly recommend State Farm and Samantha at Matt Basile.

Alyssa Breitkreitz is an absolutely amazing individual! She is so incredibly responsive to questions and requests. She helped me save hundreds of dollars on my vehicle insurance. Not only did she lower my car insurance, she helped me obtain renters insurance and still keep my payments $60 a month lower than what I was paying just for the car coverage!! I am now in the process of purchasing my very first home. So Alyssa helped me switch from renters insurance to homeowners coverage! She was great in explaining the different coverages, and the prices quoted were super affordable! Will be recommending her to everyone I know to help with their insurance needs!! Thank you Alyssa!!

State Farm (Matt Basile) has been wonderful with all of my insurance questions, needs and policies. Amy has always went above and beyond to help me navigate through any situation I have came across over the last few years and she always makes you feel like your close friends/family when speaking to you. Everyone at this location has helped me in one way or another and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.. (and I have.. lol) i have never found an insurance company that is there for their customers like Matt Basile's office and associates are.
