The team at Masters Mortgage was amazing! I was referred to Masters by my parents who did their refi through them. Buying my first home was very overwhelming and scary at times. When rates were rising, I urgently called them looking for a rate lock. I had shopped at 3 other brokers and Masters was the lowest rate and I’m so happy I locked when I did. I had the pleasure of working primarily with Bridget in the purchase of my new home. Her and the team were efficient, quick to respond, and always communicated the next steps. Their work is high quality and professional. Everyone on the team I spoke to were always so pleasant. After my experience with Masters, I will use them in the future and am happy to refer family and friends to them as well.

Masters Team Mortgage helped my client obtain a refinance of his residence. Two other brokers were unable to navigate their way through some court orders issued in my client's dissolution of marriage. We were forced to agree to a shortened escrow period (21 days) and the team at Masters helped us come up with a financing method that would allow that. Kristi and Bridget were extremely helpful and they worked diligently and expeditously to ensure that the loans funded when required. We wouldn't have our new dream home right now if it weren't for them.

I can't say enough good things about Masters Team Mortgage. I had a very bad refinance experience with my mortgage company. I called Masters Team Mortgage to see if it could possibly go smoother. It did! I reached out via their website and Krista called me back right away. She got everything started. Where it took months to get really no where with my mortgage company, Krista got things going within days. Then I worked with Andrea. She finished up the process. I could not believe how quickly she got back to me if I emailed her. It was nearly immediate. She never asked for items more than once. She had the process down! I could tell that I was working with someone who really knew her stuff. When I funded and everything was done, Randy Masters called me to see if it all went well. I was very impressed by that. He gave me the opportunity to express any bad experiences I might have had. There were none, but it was good to have the opportunity. Great company! Great staff!
