We decided to buy a vacation home in the middle of summer. With all possible efforts I expected the closing to be the best the beginning of September. Geof and his team did impossible and we closed on first week of August. This is how things look like when real professional people do the job. He was always, I mean always ready to help, it does not matter if it is weekend or late night. Whenever I ask he was responding. We did not miss a single date and even moved closing 10 days before original date. All paper work was done right after I submit what they ask me.
