I obtained a loan from Mason-McDuffie March 2021. To date, April 2022, Mason-McDuffie has not updated credit reporting agencies. Even after being asked to perform an update, they have neglected to do so (over a year). In addition, I believe Mason-McDuffie is a reputable company, however, they do business with non-reputable companies and will sell your loan to a company with poor ratings and poor service. I do not recommend Mason-McDuffie as any good experience will be short lived.

John, Erica, and the team were great to work with! They made the stress of buying a home for the first time disappear. Communication was spot on and they walked us through the entire process while explaining it in terms normal people use. As an extra bonus they were even able to get our closing done 2 weeks early. I have had the best experience with Ken Yoder and his team Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation going through a refinance. At first I did not quite understand just what taking place so let Ken know if I did not understand something would you take the time to explain it to me to where I understood it, and each step was explained and it happened just the way it was explained, when I had to look up something and I did not understand why I had to, it was explained in such away it made perfectly good sense to do it, somethings came up that I had forgot about and they were brought to my attention and all I thought about was that this refinance was not going to go through and one more time I have gone this stuff before and it its not going to go through now but Ken must have senced that and told me that it's going to be ok and that we will work on it and we'll continue with process I could not believe my ears so I said ok what now as we continued everything worked out with my refinance I have to thank Ken for everything he has done the hours he must have worked the explaining and understanding, if I here of anybody going getting a house refinance or maybe some question they don't understand about there loan most definitely Ken Yoder and his team would be the people you need to call.
