Very demanding company. They really don’t trust you. They want all kinds of documentation which seems over the top of what others ask for. They do have good rates and the refinance went through ok. Their employees are friendly. They just want every thing documented two or three ways. We never had that level of scrutiny before. We have a good credit history.

Great experience. I highly recommend them. With how busy this time is everything got done within the expected time. Seth is a great resource!
