Started the mortgage process with Mary Ann and her assistant Meredith. After a month or two they said they were working on my mortgage and they would be back in touch. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t heard a word. I’m guessing the loan didn’t go through but I don’t know for sure since every one here ghosted us. Either way, they could’ve at least emailed us telling us what was going on. Next time we will be going elsewhere.
