Mary and her team at Movement Mortgage were an absolute pleasure to work with. Building a home is a long, drawn out process and Mary was always a phone call away when any questions arose. Her advice was instrumental in getting us the best rate possible in a somewhat volatile market. Whether it was sound advice on when was the best time to lock in a rate, down payment guidance, underwriting requirements, or dealing with the realtors and attorneys, Mary and her team made the process seamless in getting the loan approved on schedule. Mary Vaca was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She frequently was accessible by cell phone and/or email and responded promptly.
