Terrible I have been on hold for 35 minutes waiting to speak to a representative and nothing. I had to hang up as I have to call during work hours because they do not operate any other time... They do not value your time. I have been a member for years and can not believe this institution is not at a point to give better services to members. I will be looking for another credit union to take all my services to. Checking and 2 savings accounts. Just Terrible

Just opened the Acct 6 months ago and we're closing it now, I would suggest to anyone also - get out while you still can. Worse bank ever- they have a centralized customer Svc location which closes at 5pm EST and trying to get a live person is difficult. This bank only survives bc of their employees which I am happy to say- I am not. I opened the acct thru my father in law - he should've warned me. **03/30/22 update- after I closed my acct I was speaking with my mother in law bc she too worked for the Marriott and she told me they have that acct and they never use it for the same reason and are probably gonna close as well. I just said " OMG why didn't u tell me." I couldn't say much more bc I know they meant well- it's not her fault this Co is so terrible.

I have been on hold for 25 min to then be hung up on... I can't believe Marriott backs up this credit union. There is no customer service, so shameful... and soo very disappointed. The agents need to go thru the Ritz-Carlton customer service orientation...

If I could have given them a Negative 0, I would have..I have had several issues with them and asked to speak with a Supervisor/ Manager and have yet to receive a response. I elected to close my account and was told to Fax in a statement ( in which case, I did) on this past Friday. I was at one of the "Share Credit Unions" attempting to withdraw all of my money(Because I was told that I could) and close the account and the system will not allow the bank teller to issue me a cashier's check so I called Marriott credit union and was told that my request would not be processed until on Monday however I tried to pay a bill with my card and my card declined so I called the 24-hour banking assistant and was told that my account has been closed and they had sent me a check. This is just another example of poor service, which further makes me know that I made the proper decision and closing my accounts and not doing any more business with them because of the lack of professionalism. It was embarrassing to think that my account is still open until Monday, only to find out that it was not. Good riddance to them and I would NOT recommend this Credit Union to my 12 year old.

I agree this is the worst bank ever. I have been dealing with banks since I was 12. I have never had a Manager and his name was Don. He was condensing and told me. I didn't know how to do something simple ask him to do it. He couldn't they have no IT department. I thought we were in 2017. Come out of the dinosaur ages. I have been hung up on few times. I have had my credit with money in the account and it still declined. I been told if I get a new card. I won't have access to my money. Until new card comes. Really this is unacceptable. I asked to speak with the branch manager Leah. Been told she out of the office today. She only helps people that walk in. I am going to close this bank account as soon as possible. Extremely disappointing as I love the company I work for and thought this would be a great move. I was so wrong in so many way. I also asked for his bosses info and he informed me they come right back to him. So he wouldn't give me an email or name. I am disgusted with the lack of service from the employee all around and not able to do what is simple things on your website.

Very difficult to deal with. I was calling the customer service line for 2 days straight attempting to obtain a 10 day payoff letter. Every representative gave a different response. I somehow managed to get a manager on the phone and she was able to fax me the letter (its 2022 - why are we still faxing). Oh and she forgot to add my account number on the document...Lots of back and forth. Horrible experience.

Archaic systems, make you jump through a billion hoops to verify your account but when you need something from them - they are carefree with your information - a request for a wire transfer must be faxed with no cover page!!! Absolutely archaic - supervisor Nicole on the phone after hours was the worst customer service experience in banking - ever!

This has got to be the worst damn bank ever. Marriott is such a classy hotel, but how can the bank be so awful. The only thing this bank is good for is nothing. You constantly always have to wait. Then the services are always outdated. It takes them damn near a week to call you back. One service rep will tell u something, then u call back and hear something else. Yeah its definitely time to go bank somewhere else. Its not worth it. Bill Marriott needs to read these damn Reviews! Everyone on these reviews is saying the same thing. Its always a problem with this bank. And the issue can never be resolved right away. It's always let me have someone give you a call back... What is your best contact number... And you never hear from the person, so you end up calling back again waiting on hold for almost an hour.... Not worth it. And the mini loan is a joke also. Leave this bank. I work for marriott and they outta be ashamed for this type of business.

I have banked with this credit union for the past 14 years. Customer service went from good to very terrible. Bank fails to communicate properly about issues and questions. Have to continue to call to receive info, instead of all issues being resolved after the first call. Do better.
