We were looking to buy in Marin as we outgrew our tiny apartment in San Francisco in around 2014 or so - hoping to move into a new house in a new community before our son started kindergarten. While touring an open house, we met Jonathan, who turned out to have worked with a coworker of mine, who recommended him. Little did we know that our own search would take nearly three years!
