Used Marketplace title for the sale of my condo last April. The condo sale did not close. Marketplace Title was paid an escrow fee but rather then return ernest money the attorney/manager reffered it to the courts so that he (David Burt) could claim nearly half for additional expenses. If you are reffered to this title company I would suggest finding another. At the very least get everything in writing I believe that this attorney and Lee county courts are on the same golf league If you are selling property in Lee county florida ensure that ernest money is paid to protect you from losses not for attorneys
