She explained everything the agency had to offer and together, we developed a plan to sell my house based on what would meet my needs. Mauricio Villa was my selling agent and I have recommended him to everyone and will continue to do so! Within two minutes of me filling out information online, I received a phone call to set up a meeting at my house with a selling agent to talk through the different options. He is super nice and talked me through everything; when he told me how much I should sell it for, I thought he was nuts, no one would ever pay that much for that house! But we went with it and low and behold, we actually got slightly over asking price and had numerous offers the first day on the market. He knows his stuff and it seems like the whole company does. I was super impressed with how easy and stress-free he made the experience for me. I never thought I would be able to say I had a good experience selling my house, but I definitely did. I can't explain how much it meant to me that I was not stressing about this and that my house went on the market and was sold within a month. What a wonderful team and I am so glad I filled out that information online!
