We had 2 closings with this team. We figured the first time was bad because they had an off day or there were issues with the sellers. We figured they had all of our information so we’d try them again for a refinance. They dropped the ball even worse the second time around. I’ve never seen so many fees. They quoted us half the price of what they charged us. They threw in fees for things they never told us about. There was ZERO communication! When I complained they told me to take time because I was too stressed and then charged me extra for closing late! Everything was a fight with them. Don’t trust them! When all was said and done they thought it’d be a good idea to send all of our finance information to our tenants even though they knew it was a rental property! Thanks for charging us more, increasing the rates for a rental, and sending the tenants all of our personal information. Don’t go with them!!
