I have used Mark Baker and his team on a couple of different transactions and they have been top notch. Quick and easy, which is not the norm in the mortgage business. In my most recent transaction their counter party did not lock the rate as instructed while rates were soaring daily… Mark went to bat and was able to bring the lender to the table after weeks of negotiation on his part and I closed where I was promised to close at. Had this not happened, my monthly payment would have increased close to $2,000/month. Needless to say, I am sold on Mark and his team. I recommend without hesitation 100%.

WOW!! What an amazing experience we had with Mark and his team. We refinanced our home last year with our credit union, WORST Mistake we could have ever done. After going back and forth with our credit union if our Home Owners Insurance was being paid and having to pay out of our own pocket every month to make sure we did not loose our coverage when it was being collected through our loan and then getting our monthly payment raised $120.00, we were done!! I Reached out to Mark 1 week before Christmas and we were already signing our new loan docs in 3 weeks. Mark was able to get our monthly payment down lower than we had with our 1st refinance with our Credit Union. The transition was quick and painless. Cara was wonderful to work with. We have used Mark Baker for refinancing our home twice and he is absolutely the most professional, easiest lender I have ever worked with. I am currently in my fifth home so I have dealt with numerous loan officers/lenders and it has always been been a headache. I was referred to Mark and his team for mortgage services on a home I wanted to purchase with my children.
