Ii only see 5 stars 🌟 there's should be 10 in my opinion. I only see good quality it should be great quality. I only see responsive it should be above and beyond. I only see good value it should be outstanding value. The level of professionalism along with kindness, concern, readiness to serve was very heart warming just made me want to do business all thee more at that branch. Thank you so much to the branch manager and her assistant. God bless.

These ladies were very professional and efficient, they know their job, keep doing it right.

These people were rude, didn’t return my calls I had to keep calling and they acted like I was a second class citizen. They also wouldn’t tell me why I wasn’t approved after making me wait 7 hours and making 3 calls. They didn’t have the decency to call ME and when I called they acted like I was a nuisance. I may be wrong but word of mouth is a powerful thing and I’m sure they have quotas to make!

Most dishonest finance company I have ever worked with. They promise one thing and then change when you come in rhe office. No one knows whats going on in the office. You get a different story from whoever you talk to. They are also extremely rude and non proffessional. I tried to talk to one person while ampter was screaming to her in the background. I asked to speak with their supervisor Rose Jefferson and got told she was too busy. I reccomend not doing business with them even if you're desperate.

The Ladies were very polite and helpful. I was in and out the door in 15 minutes

My experience was going bad at one point but on the next day it went well. The people there are really nice and they do try to help you so that is why I gave it a five star.

The staff there is WONDERFUL!! They treated me like family and I would recommend them to ANYONE!!

Called Thursday to apply for a loan. Received a call Friday stating my husband was approved that he had an appointment to come in on Monday and sign the papers. Called Monday (just before leaving home) to get the address and were informed that the computer system shut down and kicked everyone's information out that they had to put it back into the system and now he is not approved. First off, how can it be approved one day and denied the next business day? Second off why could they have not called and let us know this morning? Do not do business with them, they can't keep their information straight and give you multiple stories about the same thing.

Everyone there very helpful and friendly. Very nice lady's there. Thank you for all your help.
