This place is like a loan shark. Have paid all bills on time and even paid one off. Still had a balance left and they renegotiated my monthly payment with what they claimed was a lower interest rate. I will never use this place again. I would be better off playing a slot machine if I need extra money in the future. This place sucks.

They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me get a loan for a family vacation. It was a wonderful experience!

Loan sharks. Should be illegal to charge interest on a vehicle that in the end not only doubles what we owe on the vehicle but more than doubles. DIRTY

I needed some assistance to get my financial ducks in order and was fortunate enough to stumble across Mariner Finance. I had an awesome experience. Although I gave them 5 stars l meant to give the ladies 4.5 stars to prevent them getting swelled heads. Due to their personableness, professionalism, empowerment skills, and treating me like family--I need to recognize and thank them by name. Ms. Sarah Chiver, Account/Loan Officer Ms. Billie Jo Hall, Account Loan Officer Ms. Jane Wynn, Supervisor/Branch Manager KUDO's for making a complicated process painless.

Pioneer Credit is one of the WORST companies I have done business with in a long time. My wife and I financed a vehicle through them and when the vehicle was paid off the company sent the title to the wrong address. We spoke with Pioneer Credit for over a month trying to resolve the issue and get the title in our possession. We got the WORST customer service imaginable. The company stated over and over that they could not do anything to fix their mistake and even admitted to making a mistake. They then proceeded to give us a long list of tasks that we had to complete to fix their mistake and rudely hung up on our last phone call we made to try to resolve the situation. We WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN because they will not hold accountability for their actions. We are now having to go through the long drawn out process of obtaining OUR title to OUR vehicle. PLEASE THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO DON'T HOLD ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS!

Loan Sharks! Borrow 1000 and you will pay back 3000! They Screw over the already poor in the community.
