Marine Federal Credit Union Parris Island Gtwy, Beaufort

I had purchased a vehicle from this bank and never missed a payment. In recent weeks my vehicle was declared a total loss due to a not at fault accident. When I attempted to acquire another vehicle with this bank they denied me because of a different account on my credit report that had absolutely nothing to do with them. They didn't even consider the relationship I had established with them and the on time payments I made with them. The quality of service I received from that ogre of a person was despicable. I will NEVER do business with this bank and I'll forever discourage people to do so. You don't treat people poorly; and furthermore if someone has shown you loyalty you don't simply disregard them and kick them to the curb. Who does that? Apparently Marine Federal does. I'm appalled.

I see why they have a 2.8 rating. My payment is due the 16th of every month. I accidentally missed July's payment. Because I am one behind and have payed each one after that like I was supposed to. They show me 3 behind. I pay one and it goes to one past due. They have called and when I answer they only ask for the money, not can they help me or what happened. Nothing to assist me.

Great customer service by Josh. He helped my 5 y/o deposit money into his account and treated him like a normal customer even though he is a kid.

Do not bank with them. EVER! This is a terrible bank in all aspects. Will never return. I recommend navy federal or almost any other bank honestly.

If a customer of your bank rights someone a check why do you feel the need to charge $15 to cash a check from your bank you guys are the biggest Crooks I have ever heard of you might as well call yourself United States federal ... having seen your banking system I count my blessings with the bank that I do business with you guys are absolute garbage.

Worst bank ever they have put a hold on my account 2 times for no reason and didnt even notify me that they did it im switching to navy federal

Love this bank. I've had it for 4 years now and never had a problem. Always nice and friendly customer service and they always work to better serve you!

They must be scammers! they sent me a letter saying I applied to a loan , which was denied...I never applied to anything with this organization, they don't even exist where I live! It's scary how they got my info !!
