Excellent Customer Service! It is so easy doing business with Margie Harner's office. My husband and I had separate car insurance policies with two different agents--once we switched to Margie Harner's office, our Account Representative, Erin, was able to get us both better coverage for less than the price my husband was paying per month on his own. We decided to move our homeowners policy as well and ended up receiving more discounts. Every time we have called for a question about our coverage or payment information, we are never placed on hold and our questions are answered immediately. I submitted my first claim this morning for a cracked windshield and Erin made the process so simple, scheduling the glass repair appointment for me.
