Salesman Jose Lopez was such a pleasure to deal with and I would give him 5 stars. The finance officer gets a 1 because I found him to be so abrasive once I wanted to re-check with my financial institutions to see if they would rethink my loan rate - he then became, what I could only describe as a “jerk”. Making sarcastic comments and treating me like dirt. I bought the car because of Jose certainly not because of the finance person - In hindsight I should have walked away. I have never had a finance person treat me this way. I was not impressed and neither was a friend who came with me.

I brought my Ford F150 in for an intermittent rattle which another Ford dealership was unable to track down. Marcotte Ford diligently pursued the issue and was able to diagnose the noise. I am extremely happy with the result. Their persistence and skill have impressed me and won me over as a customer.

RECALL SERVICE: New Airbags; driver wheel and front passenger. Brakes; fluid flushing and valve testing with new fill-cap seal expansion gasket... One Day Service and I can't tell the air bags where changed, the point, and the brakes feel much better for sure. I do feel so much safer. Thank you!

I’m well aware that inflation, parts shortages and a recovering economy has negatively impacted the auto industry, but during these times, it is extremely important to see how dealerships build trust with customers, instead of taking advantage of the situation. Do they add additional dealership markups on today’s hot vehicles or do they honor the manufacturer’s suggested retail price? For three weeks I searched to find a dealership in a 150 mile radius that would honor a Ford Raptor at MSRP. For some, it’s the price you pay to be an early adopter of a hot vehicle. I refused to contribute to this thought process and figured I would find a dealership that was more concerned about building a long-term relationship with a customer vs making a quick profit. I reached out to Marcotte Ford just like I did with the other twenty dealerships; however, my experience was completely different. They explained they had one in transit and I should go in the next day to lock it in if I was interested. Once I was onsite, they honored the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price without a hassle. It was at this time that I realized that Marcotte Ford is where I will start and end my search for any future Ford vehicle. Don’t jump the gun and pay over MSRP, when there are dealerships that truly care about their customers. Marcotte had the upper hand because they had a hot product, but they cared more about making me a long-term customer and because of that I say, thank you! With that said - you should also make Marcotte the start and final destination for your next Ford vehicle. Thank you, Nick! You turned a stressful situation into a great experience!

I was looking to purchase a Ford Bronco. I went on line to place an order and Leo Semenov called me and helped me place the order. From CT, but went to Marcotte because I found out that they dont charge for “Market Adjustment Price” which is ranging from $3,500 to $5k for Ford Bronco Sports. When we got there, the car that I wanted was sold already but my dealer, Nick Chicoine, got me a better deal with less price and all the things that I wanted (moonroof, heated seats, exterior color) included in the vehicle. Very satisfied!! ❤️

In this market where many (almost all) are charging over MSRP for dealer inventory vehicles, Marcotte Ford sold me a dealer inventory vehicle at MSRP. Salesman Leo was very knowledgeable and helpful. Leo kept me updated on the delivery status of the vehicle. Leo did not push me to buy any extras against my will. Overall it was a very seamless buying experience.

Went for a simple oil change on a Friday woke up the next day with oil all over my driveway needless to say I couldn't drive my truck all weekend thanks for nothing Marcotte, the tech who work on my vehicle should be fired and I will never go back for service again also who will pay for the repairs to my driveway

Service department here is terrible. I've been three times and all three times they have either not performed the work or didn't do all of the work. The worst experience was setting up an appointment for first thing in the morning, drop it off the night before, and call twice on the progress of the call and when I can pick it up. They never returned my call and I show up a half hour before closing to see my car exactly where I parked it the night before. They never even touched it.

My husband bought a Ford Ranger and while filling out the paperwork, I mentioned to Bill Maki that I wanted an Edge with a moon roof, color white.Well they had just got one in with only 10,000 miles on it. The whole experience with the staff at Marcotte was great. For starters, they did not add any "dealer markup" like some other local Ford dealers on the Bronco we ordered. Recently, I purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco at Marcotte Ford. This was my first time buying a car so as you can imagine I had a lot of questions though-out the process. Had today the worst service experience dropped off my truck to get a recall fixed they told me they were going to have a shuttle driver bring me home and pick me up when the car was ready I told them that I didn’t have a way to come back and get the car they told me don’t worry about it will have your car ready and will have a shuttle driver come pick you up get a phone call from one of the girls in the office and they told me they can’t pick me up to grab my car but I would have to wait till tomorrow if I would’ve known that dirt shuttle driver was leaving early I will just stood there and waited for my car they avoiding my phone calls never got back to me I go back to get my car and my driver side handle was missing the slot where you could see because it wasn’t broken a couple weeks ago but you can still pull the handle to open the door when To open my door to handle was completely broken try calling service nobody was there nobody was answering but I’m sure if I had a brand new car that I bought from there they would’ve treat me different worst experience I’ve ever had with Ford I will never again service my car there

Emailed Marcotte Ford in regards to a vehicle on the website I was interested in. Someone contacted me within the hour. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and helped immediately. Brought my 2012 F150 in for issues with my 4 wheel drive as well as some other issues. The service rep was responsive and the technician was thorough. Also, the price tag for everything was significantly less than quoted.
