Very service oriented, take care of business quickly whenever I call.

Unwilling to assist after being in accident. Wont even ask if your alright or if there's anything they can do to make the claims proess easier and less stressful. Won't even follow up with customer. Staff is does not help or answer questions. Horrible experience. Go with someone else. Marella and her staff are the total opposite of like a good neighboor state farm agent. 0 stars if i could give it.

I can't say enough great things about Marcella, Sharon & her team. I can confirm that they live up to the State Farm mantra of being there like a good neighbor. I worked with Marcella & Sharon specifically to place a policyholder into temporary housing after she was displaced by fire damage. We experienced a few hiccups with the property and incoming furniture deliveries, but they worked tirelessly on making sure the policyholder was taken care of.
