Don't call after 3pm they can't be bothered, won't awnser the phone, and if they do ( loan) department she hangs up can't be bothered. Sorry ladies I didn't ask to be transfered desk to deskto loans, no one wanted to awnser so i assume it transfered to you. Thursday 3:15pm. May 5th. Thanks. I also called at 3 and 3:10. Nothing. No help.

They have gone above and beyond. I'm used to dealing with a Boston Bank. I am making an effort to transfer to Marblehead. AJ was a tremendous help in securing a loan.
