I'm very dissatisfied with the new changes that were made to your online bill pay system. Prior to the most recent update I could be sure that the payment would be received by my utility provider on time. I now only get an estimate of arrival time, and many times my payment is late. Under your new system I attempt to send the funds 7-10 days in advance, sometimes that not enough. The old system allowed a very short turnaround, sometimes next day. Effective Online bill pay is one of the the most important services I rely on from a financial institution. As your Representative, Ashley recommended this morning, if the system doesn't meet my needs, "maybe I should go somewhere else". She indicated that most people were happy with the new system, and change is tough for some people. I'm assuming she was reference that I'm a senior citizen.

This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. They screwed up a mortgage I was trying to get with them to the point that the lender killed the loan and just have weird policys about coin return. Avoid this place like the plague because they will always streer you wrong. They have no idea what they are doing. If I could give negative stars I would.

They offer no over draft protection, their online banking is not reliable! Multiple charges drop off and disappear and then all come out at once. Leaving you over drawn even if you do your math to a T!

Maps helped us get the refinance we needed so we could move forward with the addition on our house. They were also excellent in helping us get out from under the terrible coustemer service at Wells Fargo.

I have had multiple loans, a savings account, and a checking account here for years. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help with anything I need.
