Manuel was fantastic to work with!! They texted me at least twice a week with status updates!! They kept me in the loop. Mikaela and Bear were fabulous to deal with. They answered any and all questions. And best yet my truck looked brand new when they were done. It was well when the hour and a half drive to have then do my work. If ever I need body work again I will drive to Manuel to get it done. I recommend everyone to use then and I promise you went regret it!!

The 2nd time I've used Manuel Collision. Both times were great experiences and today staff are always eager to help. They kept me informed of any changes and the status of my repairs the entire time my car was there.

I bought my Chevy Colorado on 10.8, I had it 4 days before someone backed into me. Manuel's fixed it pretty quick for me & had it lookin' pretty again. I had my truck 10 days after repair & was backed into again, then 2 days later my wife's car was backed into. We feel confident knowing Manuel's will take care of us, do a good job, with a fairly quick turn-around time. In a town where folks can't seem to drive, I'm thankful for a good, honest shop.

Manuel's team is the best in the business, from beginning to end. We've used them for years now, can't ask for better service anywhere. Save yourself time, money, & trouble if you live in the Ada area & call them.

Great place, straight forward and honest. Very busy, but still make the effort to get people in. Not like the chains that act like they are too busy to do business, and no shady deals out of someone else's garage. Glad they're here because I know where I can go when no one else wants to do legitimate business. Even from more than an hour away. My kid messed up her car, was going to be stuck waiting 2 months for an estimate, and we were treated like trash on the phone when we called a certain chain collision work place, Manuel said we can get you in within a day, and they were quick and thorough with the estimate. So glad they are here, we would have gone a long time without a vehicle if not for them.

Manuel Collision has been my go-to shop for years. The owner takes pride in his work and that is reflected through his crew and staff. They are very professional, take attention to detail, and will make sure you are not only satisfied but will be a returning customer. I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my vehicles and that’s why when the city of Norman got obliterated by hail and mobile hail repair shops were popping up like daisies…I still drove over and hour out my way to take my truck to Manuel Collision. My truck no longer looks like a golf ball. They did a great job, as expected. If you want quality, you want Manuel quality.

Recently had my 2014 Acadia repaired with Manuel Collision. I have to say it was overall a great experience. They first had to send the car to a third party mechanic and took care of the transportation from their facility to that one. During the process I was kept up to date and in the loop about what was happening with my vehicle. Once it was finished in the mechanics shop they were very prompt to start on my vehicle. The car came out looking better then when I bought it inside and out. Thank you guys for such a great job will totally be back if I should ever need collision work done in the future.

Manuel Collision did an awesome job on my truck after I was rear-ended during a recent ice storm. They kept me up to date on the repair status and assisted me with a rental vehicle as well, all in a timely manner! Great job guys!

Took my car to them after a fender bender. They were so friendly and helpful! Always kept me informed with text messages about the progress of the repairs. Picjed up my car and it was so beautiful! Had to replace the back window becau the sliding window track feel out. I was having a hard time finding the correct window for my 2015 Platinum F150. Manuel found the correct window and installed it. So far no problems. Work was excellent and finish when they said it would be. Excellent job! I'm very pleased!
