    I took a policy out for extra insurance. I had to file a short term disability claim and it's been over 2 months and still nothing. Every time I call I get the same response that they are waiting on medical records to process. This has been a complete nightmare. I was out of work with no income for 6 weeks and I understand they have policies and guidelines to follow but this is a bit extreme. Plus they do everything by mail, it's 2022, why are they using the mail system when we have fax and email that is so much quicker and easier. Just want to warn anyone on the fence about taking out a policy. Hopefully, I will get my claim processed soon. My bills are multiplying and accruing late fees as I wait.

    These customer service reps need more training, if you are going to be processing medical claims at least have basic common knowledge of the medical field . Not just operator call center experience. Lack of knowledge , they give you the run around when getting your claims processed. Rude, sarcastic customer service.Not to mention they hold your claim for every little reason not to pay. Typical insurance.The accounting department is terrible as well trying to say our policy had a lapse in 2009 , really 13 years later.

    Had to cancel policy for dental vision and hearing not due to customer service or company due to the fact that I found out I already had a policy through another company so since I had been long-standing with them I went ahead and canceled this one however if that changes I will be back because I was extremely satisfied with the customer service from Sophia Ramirez she handled things swiftly quickly and made me feel comfortable with our correspondence.

    Leslie was quick, polite and informed. I got all the details I needed in the same time it usually takes me to reach a live person on the phone with insurances.

    The lack of empathy and the lack of knowledge that some of the employees have is surprising. Some are not helpful at all. I pay my insurance on time but when is time to collect because people do really need it and is denied for condition that you don't have. Some employees are helpful and explain your policy but some are rude not helpful and lazy. I hope that they do better in the future because eventually if the system keep screwing over Policy holders they will have nothing left

    I've been trying to get my claim settled since Oct. 2021 so the service seems a bit slow. But it is now complete, so I'm happy! The people I spoke to were professional and very nice. I appreciate their time!

    Company is PROMPT answering calls/online chats!! I am sending a preauthorization, so hopefully they are as prompt with the claim as they are with customer service! So far, nothing but positive feedback for the representatives I have had interactions with

    Caution!!! Do not pay for policies with them!!! They will make promises and take your premiums without any issues but God forbid you need to submit a claim!!! They will lie and say you withdrew even though they kept taking your money every month! They will do anything they can to keep from paying you a dime! Plus, trying to deal with this fraudulent company after going through something traumatic and cause an enormous amount of stress!!! Worst customer service, horrible company!!! I have no idea how they remain to be in business!!! Beware!!!
