Manhattan Bank S Broadway St, Manhattan

I will never recommend this bank to anyone unfortunately. Karen has the nastiest attitude on the phone I’ve ever experienced, didn’t let me get a word in and was rude to me while I called and asked questions. Have never had such a terrible experience from a bank before; everyone else has been kind but she just rubbed me the wrong way. She needs to be trained on customer service etiquette.

I have used this branch more than once as I grew up here. I came to deposit my boyfriend's check into MY account and they turned us away because he himself did not have an account. Rather than help us, they sent us away and told us to take our business to Wells Fargo. Not impressed at all being that the Bozeman branch has helped me in this exact situation multiple times.

I have loved my experience thus far with Manhattan Bank. Very friendly and informative staff at the Manhattan location.

Channy hadn't even greeted me, as I was directed over to her. I proceeded to ask her a question. She replied rudely. I continued asking more questions in response to her reply. She repeated the same answer not even attempting to help me with my first question as well as ignoring my other questions. I made her aware of her rude behavior. So instead, of apologizing she stuck her nose up in the air, blinked her eyes repeatedly, expressing her lack of care very loud and clear. This is a good bank and I have had no problems thus far but this lady's lack of compassion is uncalled for.

I have been a part of Manhattan State Bank for many years and I am always thankful for the service they provide. They really do try to help out in any way possible. Thank you.
