Please be mindful if you are a business applying for loans at this credit union. I came to them with a credit score over 700 and their "credit scoring platform scored me 60 points less. After meeting with 3 of the top people that work in this bank to discuss why the only answer they could give me was that IDK, we are unfamiliar with the platform. WRONG answer! As the President of the bank, you should be knowledgeable of all these things. Now because I was the guinea pig, I have a hard pull and no loan.

I bin banking with this credit union for 24 years . I just went to cash a cashier's check this morning and they would not cash it , they told me they would have to put a hold on it for 5 days . That's B.S. if you ask me

Communication and customer service is terrible. I had an issue with my car loan and it was difficult to find someone that was willing to discuss the issue and answer my questions. They also have a problem returning phone calls. If you are looking for a car loan go somewhere else. Website also is not very user friendly for those with loans only. I called to speak to the Manager about the issue, who apparently delegated the follow up to the same person who does not return phone calls i spoke to him once with unsatisfactory results. Since then I have left several messages asking specific questions about the loan - no return calls of course. Isn't communication supposed to be a cornerstone of customer service for a bank or Credit Union?

I'm having a problem with a teller lady that was suppose to deposit fund on my members access card! Now mind you it also takes about 20/30 before I get an email cinfirmation! But so far it's been 28 hours an still no money on my card! REALLY! ! I've never had a problem with this bank until NOW!

Manatee Community has the absolute worst customer service ever. The representative refuses to meet with me to discuss my payment history. I purchased a new vehicle in September 2020 but they are reporting that I'm 30 days late for a car that is paid off. I will never take my service there again!

I got a auto loan from them. They are all not on the same page. Someone tells me something and someone else tells me another. Save your money and go elsewhere. I paid back to 15k and she tells me there’s nothing we can do because I tried to get me a second vehicle and I fully paid the first vehicle no late payments no missed payments etc. Customer service also is bad. I won’t be going back.

This place is the absolute worst. The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Basically told me I was SOL after the hurricane last year when I inquired about an extension because we left town and was out of work for 2 weeks. Mike their collections manager even told me to steal the money if I had to! Forget about making online payments because nobody that works there has the brain capacity to inform their customers on how to do anything online. Oh and their computer systems are dated back to late 80s early 90s with wires hanging out of everywhere. I’d honestly feel safer keeping my money stashed on my front porch next to a big neon sign that says money right here.
Mr. May I am extremely sorry that you had such an unpleasant experience. The credit union made a decision to provide relief for ALL members directly impacted by the hurricane. I am not familiar with the details in your particular case and thus I can't comment on why your request was not approved. My staff would never purposefully be rude to any of our members. Without our members we would not have a business. However unfortunately the nature of our business sometimes means that we deny requests that fall outside of our policies. We are completely committed to providing our members with the best possible service but at the same time we must protect the financial vitality of the institution as a whole. It use to be a great place to bank but now. You can't even go inside they are behind a glass. So what's the problem. Hell they more staff then most places. It's getting very frustrating, they don't give you the help you need over the phone so what do we do. Change bank i guess.

I have never had a problem with this credit union. I have always had a pleasant experience whether I have gone inside or drive thru. They have been most helpful in all situations.
