Manasquan Bank NJ, Point Pleasant

This bank branch definitely has very nice customer service. I had the great opportunity of interning here this past summer 2021. Charlene and Laura are without a doubt the sweetest people you will ever encounter here. I learned a lot here about the banking and customer service sector. Having a small knit community feel is always a good thing. Ralph is also a very knowledgeable teller who goes out of his way to assist clients questions, concerns and is genuinely a great person to interact with. I had a good experience with this bank branch.

Many different services available that the “big banks” don’t offer, friendly people, seems to be very well managed.

We are very fortunate to have Manasquan Bank as our neighbor on Route 9 in Howell, NJ. The lovely ladies working there always exceed my expectations. They are patient no matter how many deposits I bring in one visit. They welcome my puppy with all of the dog cookies that she can eat. They care about me personally, and helped me to keep a criminal out of my account. Keep up the good work

Nice bank but every time I go they are closed. They close for absolutely every single thing on the calendar. They close early, closed for everything they can think of. It's just ridiculous, we're in 2020, Christmas, New Year, 4th of July and Memorial day should be the only time they are closed. Nope, let there be a rainbow outside and they'll use that as a reason to be closed that day, lol. I love the employees there, they are sweethearts which is why I haven't closed my account or have my wife close hers. Really thinking about it tho.

Manasquan Saving's Bank is THE BEST OF THE BEST! They give that personal touch and go above and beyond. Bob Hart & Mary Anne Whittemore are WONDERFUL!!!!

Beyond helpful!!! Staff knows me by first name... I wouldn't bank any were else... Everyone from branch manager to the great crew running the drive through and desk are always helpful and on top of everything!

Closing time is 1:00 pm on Saturday, Not 5 min of. this is not good customer service.
