This group was great to work with. The market is hot and we did not want to compete for a new house with a contract that was contingent on us selling our existing one. They found creative funding options for me that others could not, allowing us to get a contract on our dream home. After purchase, they dotted every "i" and crossed every "t", making sure to keep us up-to-date and answer any question we had about the whole process. It all started with a NO STRINGS ATTACHED phone call that lasted over 40 minutes and helped me better understand the home buying process step by step (I wasn;t even sure I was ready to buy a home at that point and they still offered a great personalized and honest conversation about my options!).
