When my fiancé and I started looking for our first home, we knew nothing about all the little details and everything on how to come up with the loan. Our realtor recommended Andrew and Major Mortgage to us knowing that they were some of the best! Andrew was absolutely awesome! He walked us through every step of the way to insure we knew what was happening and understood what the next steps would be. I would recommend Andrew and his team to anyone knowing that if it was there first home or even just a vacation house, they would get thrown through the process with ease! THESE GUYS ARE TOP KNOTCH!

This was not only the biggest decision but also one of the scariest because It was going to be my wife and I first time ALMOST buying a home. We unfortunately had the worst experience working with Major Mortgage loan officer Ellie Bardi. We called Major Mortgage after dealing with one other mortgage company. Looking back we should've just stayed with. We called Major Mortgage kinda sad and hopeless. Ellie did great pulling us in and getting us excited. After building a positive relationship and giving every little detail about our life, bank info, ss numbers and everything else they need. She starts having weird excuses why she didn't call back or not answering. Finally after a couple weeks of getting everything together she says she would get ahold of us later that day to give us the go ahead to start shopping for a home. Then all of a sudden we cant get ahold of her. My wife and I both try calling and texting from both our phones. After a week of not being able to get ahold of her and freaking out wondering who did we just give all our information too? We call Major Mortgage and a lady answers saying she is the vice president who did not seem to care about her employees strange behavior. She says Ellie is not sick and is there working, she is doing fine and she would call us back after she talked to Ellie. When she called back she said Ellie could not get ahold of us. We had been texting and calling for the previous weeks so why all of a sudden could she not text, call or even email us back. At this point were pretty bummed. Not only did she lie about trying to call us, we never got any explanation or any real reason at all why she just disappeared. I never leave reviews good or bad but this place had horrible customer service, hurt our feelings and the loan officer lied. I really dont want her to get in trouble but we called Major Mortgage mainly because we wanted to make sure she was an actual loan officer but also because we went from talking almost daily to her disappearing and we wanted to know what happened. We never did get an answer why. I hope by sharing my experience it saves someone from going through what we went through.

We cannot recommend Michael Frederich enough! He went above and beyond ensuring that this was a smooth process for us! From the very beginning, he took the time to explain what everything meant and answer the many questions that we had. Being first time homebuyers, he made us feel comfortable. He was a great communicator, and got the job done perfectly! We are so grateful for him and his outstanding service!!

Working with Major Mortgage and specifically Megan Luksha was amazing. I had tried two other loan agencies and struggled with lack of communication and a very slow process. Megan was awesome and got things done in less then two months that others couldn't get done in eight months.
