Where do I begin?! Bob O'Connell has been amazing from start to finish. I called Bob after I felt I wasn't getting the best rate with anther company. On the spot he ran some numbers and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Since then he made the process smooth and understandable. He was always one phone call away and with cheer! His staff worked to make sure that we were able to get to our tight closing date and kept great track of all of our documents and steps in the process. It was just great to have someone who not only knows what he's doing but also wants to get to know his customers and what their needs are. He still reminds to give him a call if we have any questions at all. Bob is a breath of fresh air and I would recommend Bob and his team 10x over.
