Tim and his team were consistently unprofessional when processing our home loan. They felt it appropriate to talk down to us and then were surprised when our unaddressed questions became problems in the process. After our business was concluded, this business continued to provide our address to marketing firms, and explicitly refused to remove my data when requested. Now they simply ignore my calls, as one would expect from such unprofessional, incompetent lenders.

All the staff were great!. From the receptionist, Loan Officer, Loan Processor, Closing Manager, they are very friendly, helpful, easy to reach, both by phone and email, fast to get the responds. Chris Murphy is so knowledgeable and knows our status from the first meeting. We closed in 4 weeks from the first initial meeting. Very recommended!

I was dreading the mortgage experience! I went ahead and applied online and received a call from Jason the next day. I had a pre-approval in hand and started my house hunt. I literally found a house two days later and worked with Jason to have everything ready to go for the underwriter. Jason was awesome! Extremely patient and beyond helpful. After working with Jason I heard from Franchesca, again, she was so patient, very polite and friendly. Finally I worked with Marie. And just like both Jason and Franchesca, Marie was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. This was the best mortgage experience one could ask for. I closed on my house and just finished moving in.
