The manager of the Greenspring branch of M&T Bank, Loraine Allen, is excellent. She is thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, and is able to present multiple options for your consideration.

I was forced to go into the branch, a rarity in 2018, because my business moved and I needed a new ATM card. Weeks later I still have no card and was told (after 30 minutes on hold) that the branch never changed the information and I would have to go back into the branch or call back in two weeks. When I do go back in, it will be to close my account.
