M&T Bank W Bel Air Ave, Aberdeen

They have the worst automated system ever. Voice prompt you got to be kidding me have to make three phone calls to get an answer it keeps saying I'll forward you to a representative

I deliberately didn’t want to go inside to M&T Bank at this branch because it’s raining, my two-year-old is sleeping in the backseat, and personally I don’t like the area. I’ve never in any of the times I’ve ever stop the bank had to go inside to withdraw money isn’t that the whole purpose of having the drive-through is to be able to do similar things through the drive-through but now they made me drag my two-year-old son inside in the rain just to be able to withdraw money from my own personal bank account that I’ve never had to do before it’s just one thing after another with this bank I absolutely will not recommend this bank to anybody. I will be switching banks.

Manager needs Training in dealing with customers, and not being a grouch. Glad I no longer have an account here. Wouldn't recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

Shockingly bad customer service at the Aberdeen Bank branch on 7/14/18, a rude teller and her teller manager would not make an exception about charging me $20 to cash my check, and they were happy to stand behind "that's our policy mam" . Even after I showed her my drivers license, and clearly the address on my husband's check written to me and my license "matched" our HOME address the teller said she couldn't prove that was my husband. My husband who has had multiple accounts and direct deposit at M & T Bank for many years and myself who had a business account (now closed) was charged a $20 FEE to cash a single check written by my husband to ME!! This is the same bank that makes $$$$$ Millions of dollars in interest on home, car, credit cards, bank fees, overdraft fees, etc. etc., etc., They do NOT need to charge $20 fees to loyal customers!!!!!! We will be finding another bank, and telling everyone we can about the GREED and Rude customer service we received at the Aberdeen branch!!!

Great people and service. Don't understand what happened with the other reviewers, but my experience was great. Needed a cashiers check for a vehicle purchase, in and out in 5 minutes. Employees were friendly, and they didn't have to be, just nice people.

Three tellers only 1 working drive thru and customers inside. Everyone not waiting on customers wouldn't make eye contact. Waited over 20 minutes first in line to make a two check deposit. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!

I had to have paperwork done. Everyone was very help.
