My name is Bill. I have 3 businesses in Tonawanda. I have been into several of the M&T branches and will not go into any other branch besides this one. I walk in and they know me by name!! Any time I have ever had a problem with my account I ask for Greg and he handles everything right away and professionally. The tellers are on a first name basis with me. I recommend that if you want great customer service and friendly faces, walk into this bank.
