M&T Bank Transit Rd, Depew

I have done 99% of my banking at this specific French/Transit Rds. Depew branch since it first opened years ago. I cannot think of a single time that I was ever upset or unhappy with the service I received. Every employee was helpful in every transaction or personal business dealing we brought. If someone was unsure about a process to complete our transaction, they asked an M&T team member for assistance to get the job done. Great customer service!

"Lynn" the customer service lady at m n t bank in depew is very nasty on the phone and pointing the finger at you saying its your fault. Very disapointed in the customer service from her very unprofessional. Amanda was the person I ended up. Getting transfered to and she was actually able to help , and not say something is my fault when it was out of my hands.

EVERY time I try to use the drive-up ATM, it’s always not working. It’s not very easy to bring 3 kids into the bank to deposit money, and I’m sure not leaving them in the car alone. Extremely disappointed.

This is a very clean and bright branch. They've always been professional and they keep the wait and line to a minimum.

It's been my bank for over forty years

I am 53 years old and have banked with M&T my whole life. Even as a child my parents banked with M&T and set up savings accounts for me and my siblings. I just recently had a situation where my online banking service did not reflect my savings account balance which honestly scared the poop out of me. I thought my account was hacked. I went in to M&T and they explained that if an account sits idle for three years it goes "dormant" and does not reflect the account online. The professional people at M&T explained this to me at put my mind at rest. I will always keep banking with M&T just as my parents have. They are trustful, reliable and more than happy to help you with anything with friendly and personable employees. A bank which has been in business since 1856 has my full trust and I will never switch to another.

This bank lured me in with a promotion for a checking account. Before I new it they were taking service fees of 25.00 from my large 10,000.00 deposit. Don't get sucked in by these crooks. STAY AWAY I am 64 and did not need this headache.

Always professional. The commercial tellers are especially good and the Branch manager goes above and beyond.

Most of the time easy in and out drive through or walking in...sometimes machines are down or a teller makes a mistake!

Haven't had a problem in 5 years banking with this m&t.
