M&T Bank Maple Rd, Williamsville

Highly recommend not trusting any gentleman with the name “Gary Lang” calling from corporate at M&T. Will make false statements and accommodations that he does not follow through on. I call about a loan payment, asking it to be moved to a later date due to unforeseen circumstances. He proceeds to call me back, let me know that the payment has SUCCESSFULLY been canceled. I then wake up the next day to the payment taken out of my account. I call back today, monday, asking why the payment wasn’t canceled, he proceeds to tell me “it’s a lost cause”. Taking my money after telling me the payment was canceled is a lost cause. 0 professionalism at making the situation right. Clown.

Absolutely hate this location! LOVE the delaware in kenmore location and always try to make it there! But sometimes maple is more convenient. Almost every single time I go here, the ATMs are always out! What kind of bank has out of service ATMs and quite often from my experience! Let's not leave out the ONE drive thru lane that is open! I really don't find this place to be professional at all and doesn't seem like they have it together !

Customer service at this location is fantastic! Went there twice this week and the service I received from Stephanie was superb. She remembered me when I came back a few days later. She remembered my name, why I came back and even my husbands name. That’s a special skill and noticed by customers that like doing business where they are appreciated. Our banking relationship representative Ryan, also did a good job covering all of our needs. The buzz in the Branch was great as I overheard several other conversations as well. This branch is great! You’ve got a good team here M&T.

Really not a terrible bank, some issues with the bank is just corporate issues that the employees are following.

Very rude and ignorant customer service. Employees make their own rules. Smh....
