M&T Bank Main St, Upper Marlboro

This branch is incompetent. The so called branch manager is never helpful. The staff is rude. The drive thru isn't open ever. And the staff will tell you there are closed without giving a reason or suggesting any other time or location to do business with. This branch doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer/ client relationship, especially being that it is in an upper middle class area. Avoid this upper marlboro main Street branch if you can.

This branch is so horrible .. I heard some teller women in the back yelling at someone over the phone when she came out she looked so angry and was talking to the teller very disrespectfully also. This is unprofessional especially in front of customers. I am never going back here. I don’t remember her name but she has a major problem with her attitude. I go to other banks and I am welcomed so happy and all smiles when I come to the bank by a manager or supervisor. The lady was a problem in that bank. The other tellers were quite nice but I’m not coming to this branch again.

My checks were deposited into someone else’s account!! The teller made a mistake yet I was treated as if I did something wrong!! Still waiting for my balance to be updated.

I STOPPED BY THE BRANCH last week I have been coming to this branch for years and this women I’m still not sure what she does she looked like some type of manager not sure but she is always yelling at someone even her coworkers in front of me even if your a customer I even had to deal with her before and her talking is just so rude very dissapointed with who ever hired her

Great service and the staff is awesome and pleasant every time I have been in that branch. The have a good group of people there.

I am a customer of M&T Bank; however this branch is running a parking scam with Duff's Towing. My car was towed after using a business in the parking lot. I believe bank employees spot for the tow service and a get kickback. A car in there lot gets owed even if you use a business in the parking lot.

I've been there twice recently because it's closer to work. The teller staff are really unhelpful and unfriendly. I'll take the extra time to drive down to the Deale M&T Bank from now on. Go to another M&T location - great Bank - just a bad group of tellers.

My husband and I recently moved to Upper Marlboro and was considering M & T bank. Thanks to the reviews at this and the Largo location we will definitely be taking our business else where. A bad branch of a bank anywhere is representative of this bank everywhere. NO THANK YOU!!

The tellers in this bank are nothing but ghetto hood rats,with the exception of one who has always been a pleasure to do business with.

Currently this bank is running a parking scam with Duff's Towing avoid both businesses.
