M&M Tax Service S Main St, Anderson

0/10, would not recommend anyone going to M&M. The staff aren’t knowledgeable, not even a little bit. A younger white guy did my taxes and he specifically told me he didn’t know what he was doing. His parents completes his taxes for him. Etc. Secondly, he could not explain to me the advancement. I normally do my taxes on Turbo so no, I didn’t know what the advancement entailed. Anyways, he called over some black older lady, think her name was Jackie but to me she appeared just as clueless. But what set me off is. I told these folk I have a dependent this year. Gave them my son’s ssn & birth certificate but they still didn’t get me the extra $5,000 for having my baby in 2021. I definitely am eligible and entailed to this money. I thought w/ M&M you suppose to get the MAX refund back? M&M is definitely a joke. Definitely not worth the $500 they’re charging. Please save your money & never let these ppl even file your fingernails. Nicole was very nasty when I called the next day trying to verify if the return had already been sent to the IRS bc I wanted to cancel & take my business elsewhere.

I finally got to talk to someone that didn’t just give me yes, no , and I don’t know answers. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she explained to me why my taxes was taking a little longer and she was very sweet.

Got my taxes filed today and I was very pleased with the service that was rendered. I will definitely return next year so that they can prepare my taxes. The front desk greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and my tax preparer was great. Thank you so much M&M.

The fast refunds are always on time - They always are up front with you about all the facts of your return and they actually take the time to go over the entire return with you! I usually get a friend to do my taxes but this year I wanted to get my check sooner so I could pay off some bills. I went to M&M Tax Service on S. Main St. and they did an amazing job. Friendly front desk associates and the tax preparer was very knowledgeable about filing taxes. I will come back next year!!!
