I then went back for myself and found what I think is the best, quality, most beautiful used car I could’ve purchased and believe me I looked for months! Why 3 stars? 1. They have nice cars and they seem to be nice. 2. The 2008 GMC Acadia is AWESOME! BUT! There's always a but.. The screen does not work in the SUV. It reads "Eject Map Disc".. which indicate the navigation with it is not functioning. That is a 11,000 to 12,000 dollar fix. They want almost 9,000 for the SUV! WHAT?! He told me that they do not charge according to the features in the truck, but the mechanics of it. THAT'S WHY IT'S ALMOST 9,000! But it runs kinda loud and you can feel it when you are pushing the pedal (it runs/ drive rough). That can be normal wear and tear or something needing to be fixed. They had to get out from the back... it wasn't on display on the lot (tell tell sign). 3. I called asking about the possibility of getting it looked at via a GMC shop. I was told I could and asked about the salesman riding with me to get it done. I was told no one would ride with me. That was odd because the salesman test drove the car with me... which i told her and she sounded confused. The individual went on to proceed to tell me that some people they do not test drive with and if you look trustworthy and like a honest person they will not test drive and the sheet with ALL your information is good enough. ?? They discriminate and we give them our money! Every time someone come onto their lot they judge you off your appearanceuntil you give them your money. I was going to take the car to get looked at and if so checked out.. talk to them about repairing the navigation, placing it in the contract, and purchasing the vehicle at a possible lowered price (cash). Be mindful of who you are giving your business to. That conversation changed my mind! I even accepted someone of her reasons and explanations as to why they pre-judge and even considered where they are located. But the feeling of discrimination, ignorance, and disdain was strong than my reasoning. I am one of those people they look at like that and that bothers me. My husband, myself, and our 1 year old son was looked as untrustworthy and discriminated against. My husband works Monday through Friday hard labor, but because we looked relaxed on his PTO day.. we looked like we could or would steal their car, with all his information. They vehicles do like nice though.

They were VERY helpful and worked with me until I walked out with new keys in my hands! Julie was the lady who played a big part in helping and getting things done for me! I appreciate her she’s a GREAT salesman! Stop by they will DEFINITELY get you in something good with positive attitudes!

This is my 2nd vehicle from m&d and julie was awesome. She worked her magic and got exactly what I wanted and needed. Steve you and your team are outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to anyone lookong for a reasonable vehicle in your budget. They can get you there.

I'm never that person that wants to write a bad review, but I have no choice here. I called this dealership up a few months back. I was in the market for a newer used vehicle and didn't quite have the best credit. So, I filled out the app, picked out a car that was over 7 years old with higher mileage, but still looked nice and reliable. Told the sales lady what I could put down and what payments I could do. She calls me back and says she is going to need $8,000 down because of my credit. I wasn't so sure about that and told her I couldn't do that much. Obviously out conversation was over. I called another dealership shortly after who financed with the same people and who do similar things as M&D. They ran my credit and called me back within a few minutes and told me I was approved for any car on their lot. Picked out a car 4 years newer than what M&D had, lower miles, and even paid my sales tax too with $2,500 down and my payment was mid 300's which was fine. Long story short; they spent as little time possible with me, and never gave me any other options. I wanted M&D to be my go to dealer, but after my experience, I would not do business or try business again. I'm sorry, it's the truth.

Will is the best salesman. He has been very courteous, kind, and patient with me throughout the whole experience from start to finish! I got a great deal on a Toyota Camry from this place. They have a great selection of cars and trucks to choose from.

OMG! I don’t know where to start, first I would like to say thanks to my wonderful sale person Julie Byrd, she went the extra mile to make sure what I was looking for in a car, we had to fight that strong wind walking the lot😂😂😂, but we did it. The whole staff was extremely nice, which I came here first before I went to someone else, cause car shopping is a job. If I had it in any other way, they have my business, and I will be sending them some friends or anyone looking for a car home. GREAT JOB👍

I have purchased more than 1 car from here and will be going back for my next purchase if/when I need another. Buying a used car is a gamble no matter where you buy and is sold as is normally. The guys here understand this but also want you happy. I have had the best customer service at M&D. They care about their customers and making it right when those fluke things happen. The service after the sale is the reason I go back. Steve is professional and he cares about what's right for you.

I though they did a good job till I went to another dealer to buy a second car and boy this guys over charged me, whatever it's my fault for not doing my homework. But come on, even the other guys actually took the time to negotiate the price down. Instead of hitting me with the "well I can only do that low if you pay it in full right now" I found my to go dealer for future cars but any future buyers that come to this place I suggest to do your homework because they will NOT bat an eye to take advantage of you if they even think you don't know what you are doing. Aside from being salty have y'all notice that employees and the business itself have put 5 stars on their rating instead of costumers? I Just though that was funny. 🤣🤣🤣😂

Great Dealership! I traded in my old car and they gave me max blue book value for it no questions asked! Also was able to work a great deal on a great truck! They also followed through on their commitment and replaced all the spark plugs on the vehicle with no complaints! Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend if you are looking to get a nice used vehicle!

My first time coming to this place, four months ago was a nice experience but I didn't have quite enough for what I wanted. Fast forward to February 2019 when I made a purchase on a car.... Needed a batt, I ask the sales lady Ms. Julie if they’d replace it, she said ok. Well, with doing paperwork and other stuff I forgot to mention it to her again. Got to work the next day and my car wasn't starting right away. I text her what happened and she asked what all was it doing, I told her. She then told me she’d call me 9:30 Friday morning cause she had to check with her boss to see if they could put a new battery in. (Mind you, she told me they would Wednesday when I made the purchase). Well, today when I went to the dealership they ’supposedly replaced my battery and my check engine light is no longer on, but now on the dash its saying SERVICE TRACTION CONTROL. Don't just cut the computer system off in my car without fixing the problem I addressed to you. I texted her and called, no response back. Wednesday they said if I made a good review on my buying experience they’d put gas in my car; I'm thinking they would fill my tank up, nope, only got have a tank from being on almost e. I feel like this place is a great place for people wanting a good deal on new or fairly new cars but they are most definitely not consistent with good customer service. I feel like this could go way better if the communication was better. 💁‍♀️🏾😣😣
