Worked with Lonnie to buy an F-150 and could not be happier. Communication was very easy and Lonnie always got back to me quickly. It was an out of state sale and they handled the extra paperwork for that with ease. Finance didn't try to pressure me into random things, it was all really hasstle free. I went to this dealer on 4-5-2022 and worked a deal selling my truck and buying one of theirs. Had a buyers order signed by them. Went to my bank and got the check for the truck I was buying and was going to pick up on 4-6-2022. Was headed to get the truck and deliver the check and they call me and tell me they took a deposit on the truck and that they were sorry but I couldn't buy the truck now even though I had their check in my hand. I will never do business with Lutesville ford ever again. This is bad business and none of my friends and family will either.

Have no fear doing a long-distance deal with the team at Lutesville Ford. I found the perfect Ford Ranger in Hot Chili Pepper Red on Autotrader but I was a bit apprehensive buying from a dealer 750 miles away, especially when I couldn't travel to see it myself. I always dread having to shop for a car and dealing with dealerships, but the experience at Lutesville Ford was great. To begin, they had a wide selection of trucks that had the features and specifications in the price range I was seeking, making it worth the 2 hour drive. Jeff, my sale person, had already sent me lots of options through email and text and when we arrived he had the keys pulled and ready to test drive. We spent several hours with him in a very low pressure environment, narrowed our choices and negotiated a price. They handled the financing and beat my credit union rate. They made a quick repair to the back-up sensor, cleaned it up, and even gave me a full tank of gas in the 36 gallon extended range tank. If you are looking for a Ford truck, this is the place to go, and Jeff is the sales representative for you.

Drove two and a half hours to Lutesville ford Saturday to pick up my dads f-150. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The truck was fairly priced and was just as it was described. Nick and Roger were both very friendly and helpful. Liked that it was a small town family dealership. The only negative thing that I could say about the experience is that you would of thought they would of given us a full tank of gas with the purchase. Truck only had about a quarter tank and we had to drive it home two and a half hours.
