Just finished a refi with Lorcan and team, and I must say that it was the smoothest mortgage process I've ever been through. I've done a number of new loans and refinances in the past, and this was by far the fastest and issue-free. I was new to the area and wasn't sure who to trust. Lorcan came highly recommended, and I called him blind. Great decision. Everything was efficient and automated, their team's consistent proactive attention was much appreciated, and he secured very competitive terms. They were very good as well about setting expectations throughout the process. I had done a bit of an odd transaction in the way I had structured my house purchase, but Lorcan wasn't fazed at all, just worked it out with the underwriter and it wasn't an issue at all. I'll definitely contact them again if I need another loan, and will recommend the company to neighbors and friends.
