Tellers are very helpful but charges are outrageous. Seems you can write checks but charged for over or under use which slowly reduces your balance. The debit card is useless. I put money in this account to specifically use for a trip to Florida and told the teller this so the bank would know I was traveling. I was not able to use the card once on the trip which caused a real hardship. Thank heaven for credit unions! I never have problems there.

I am immensely disappointed with this bank. I signed up with them because they were close to my home, and found that to be a big mistake. My primary grievance with this bank is that their checking accounts and Debit cards are limited in such a way that it's impossible to realistically use them like a normal person would. It has a limit of $500 a day, and is blocked in 10 states. Very disappointed and won't be returning my business here soon

This bank is one of the finest banks I have ever dealt with in the past. They treat you very well and are responsive in each and every case I have dealt with them over the past 15 years. The tellers almost always know you by name and respect your business. Fantastic place to do business !

Very disappointed in this bank. Typically when you are placing your money somewhere you would expect at least welcoming and friendly tellers, but I can say each and every time going to the bank in Polk City I have felt completely like an inconvenience. I will be changing banks. Whitney being one of the tellers, completely rude.

Wonderful bank! The staff is super friendly and they have a beautiful community room for customers to utilize. It was perfect for a baby shower that I hosted!

Tellers are very helpful and the ability to utilize the new community room is a great perk!
