Terrible Experience, discrimination at its finest, Manager pick and choose what rules to follow. I was written up for the personal shopping but a fellow colleague was blatantly caught using his phone and it's FDIC law that's you cannot use your phone on the floor. There was no disciplinary action taken. The company is honestly quite weird in the way they function.

Will fire you even with proper medical documentation for fmla leave. Thanks for paying my unemployment!! Sarah the manager is corrupt & fake. HR is friends with every manager so If you voice a concern they could careless. Whoever gave Sarah L the top job should be fired. She hands down ruined this company.

Did some research to find out Lending Solutions is a third party for my bank. I was having some issues and my call got routed to lending solutions. I experienced THE WORST customer service from a representative. That had me on hold forever not to mention could barely speak proper English! I'm going to escalate this with my bank. Hopefully they drop them. Do not want people who will leave me on hold for 45 minutes then can't even speak professionally having access to my account.

Left due to medical reasons and now on disability. Even though they didnt wait long enough for my paper work they let me go for "lack of communication" when I sent the last email. Company had a change in management and is no longer the warm environment it was when I walked in.

Shrouded in mystery, LSI is definitely not the place to start a career. In all reality if your not taking calls endlessly. You are looked at as wasting company time. They expect you to vigorously work hand and foot. Except if sombody need assistance in training there's a wait time. While dilly dallying and side conversations are all to common up in the ranks. When you are a FS agent there's not supposed to be any stopping. You are barely allowed time to use the restroom outside of your breaks. They have a set time limit at 4mins. There's also a suspicious atmosphere about way management works. There's no money in training so you aren't being compensated, on top of all that they only allow you to move up if you are willing to do this. Most likely this is why there's such a high Turnaround for employees. My class was 60 reps total from 3 locations. Not to mention they pay for recruitment so they obviously have a sense of need for people who have family there already. This is probably because they know they'll stick around longer. There's little room to grow, despite what they make it seem during the interview process. There's almost a gauntlet, from even before training ends. You'll notice reps dropping like flies. It started with 60 reps in my class towards the end of the month there was 40. It's obviously not for everyone, only thing you should as yourself before considering working here is my time worth more?

This company is a call center associated with many banks and credit unions and they allow the agents to work from home and anybody can access the clients customers bank information. This is not secure
