My wife and I had the best time at Loxton. We booked the Walkabout tour with Mr Loxton, and we were impressed by the knowledge and charisma he showcased during our approximately 2 hours there. We left the premises with a few bottles of wine and joined their Boomerang club. That should be enough to show much much we loved it!

Great tasting experience, Nappa Valley taste with an Australian touch! I loved the reds (I can't pass up a great Cab Sauv), but the Década Tawny (2010) was the best dessert wine in all of Napa or Sonoma that I tasted this year.

Loxton is an absolute gem. Stop here if you're looking for something outside of the typical Cab experience. Amazing hosts and beautiful wines. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family when visiting Sonoma.

Love this boutique winery! Been several times. Small producer. On one occasion, the wine maker was pouring out tastings. Dog friendly. Always leave with a few bottles.

We loved the entire experience. After our wine tasting, the owner, Chris, was very gracious and spent time showing us around and explaining their wine making process. We especially loved all the sweet wines and between 6 of us we bought 2 cases. Normally we shy away from the dessert wines, but these were outstanding.

Great location. Nice views and atmosphere. It was nice of them to let us eat our picnic. Wine was good, but the pours were too small to get a decent taste. By far the smallest amount of wine we've gotten out tasting, and we were with folks who live in Sonoma.

If you come to sonoma, DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE. The owner chris is one heck of a character. The port was the best wine I've ever had, not just the best port. You may overlook it, since it has few reviews, and it is certainly small and family owned, run, and operated. We had one heck of a time there, so you should go.

Loxton Cellars was the first stop on our winery tour and it was by far the best - and the delicious wine wasn't even the best part. The owner, Chris, started us with a walking tour of his vineyard. Educating us on the wine making process, how his vineyard was doing things different, and joking along the way. Then we were treated to tastes of 5 wines plus port! This is the exact kind of experience we were looking for during our time in Sonoma. I highly recommend going to Loxton Cellars!! Thank you Chris.

Loxton winery was the highlight of our Sonoma/Napa trip. In addition to the delicious wines, it was because of Chris (the winemaker/owner), whose passion and knowledge of his craft is uncanny. His dedication to his art came through for us in all the wines, as he passionately explained each one to us and answered all our questions. He also went out of his way to show us every step in the process. The property is beautiful, and Chris and team made our experience truly incredible. Please come visit.

This is a great hidden gem winery. The production is small but the wines they served us were diverse and tasty. The staff were super accommodating and the Adirondack chairs looking out on their vines truly made it feel like an vacation getaway.
