If I could give this credit union a zero I would I’m African American and I never feel welcomed the same manager in corporate office keeps turning down African Americans loans they turned me down like 20 times but when I go to schools first I get a personal loan home and car each and every time don’t go putting your money in this bank if you are BlACK

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. I sat in the lobby for 10 to 15 waiting for one of the four employees in the area to assist me with a change on my account. There was one other customer receiving service, and at one point, three employees were assisting her at the same time. I also watched them fool around with their cell phones. They could have easily assisted me and played with their cell phone while no one was there. Ridiculous...absolutely ridiculous!!

Great customer service. I love it to have account with them . Every time I went there they treat me with respect and very helpful. Is really good to have Auto loan with them. I happy to have Auto loan with them. Good bank and good service.

Worst service ever. After withdrawal cash from their ATM machine, I went into the bank, waiting inline for 10 minutes to exchange the $200 in $20 bill to $100 bill for my coming oversea trip. The lady at the counter told me that she cannot exchange the money since I don't have an account with them. I don't want to argue with her even I am convinced that a courtesy service such as exchanging money in different units should be a basic service for any bank. e.g. even grocery store would do it except they probably don't care $100 bill anymore. So, I made a detour to another Credit Union and exchanged my $200 to $100 bill, no questions asked. and without even waiting inline. Keep away from Federal Credit Union; they failed to teach their employees the basic of courtesy services unless the lady I talked to has a brain implemented with an Artificial Intelligence chip that is designed to mimic a ten year old kid.

Their customer service phone has the longest wait time. I've waited on this line for 20 minutes before someone picked up and the weekend is even worse. They really need to think seriously about changing or enhancing their customer phone line

Great auto loan rates. Even better qualification policy. Customer service is excellent.
